About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Diliman Doctors Hospital, Inc.' in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care by assessing, treating, and monitoring individuals with cardiopulmonary disorders. What you'll be doing

  • Performing comprehensive respiratory assessments and developing individualised treatment plans for patients
  • Administering a variety of respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, and aerosol treatments
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
  • A valid license as a Respiratory Therapist in the Philippines
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
