Sales Promodiser

Location: Mandaluyong City

Position Overview:

The Sales Promodiser will be responsible for driving sales and promoting Speediance fitness equipment and Oven Depot products within the Shangri-La True Value Store. This role involves engaging with customers, conducting live product demonstrations, and assisting in daily store operations to ensure an excellent shopping experience while meeting sales targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Greet, approach, and assist walk-in customers at the Shangri-La True Value Store.
  • Provide product knowledge and highlight the benefits of Speediance fitness equipment and Oven Depot appliances.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend the best solutions.

Sales and Demonstrations:

  • Conduct in-store product demos to showcase key features and advantages.
  • Confidently explain product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
  • Convert product inquiries into sales while achieving monthly targets.

Client Outreach:

  • Proactively invite customers for in-store demonstrations.
  • Follow up with potential buyers and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure displays and demo units are clean, functional, and visually appealing.
  • Monitor inventory, report stock needs, and assist in restocking.
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently when needed.
  • Reporting and Feedback:
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, demos, and sales activities.
  • Share insights on customer preferences, competitor activity, and product performance with management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fitness or lifestyle products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively conduct product demonstrations and close sales.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and proactive client outreach.
  • Organized, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
