1. Documents & Records Control

  • File, label, and maintain all Design Department records.
  • Coordinate with the Document Control Center (DCC) for archiving inactive files.
  • Receive, file, and maintain documents from DCC; ensure obsolete documents are surrendered for proper disposal.

2. Customer Drawings Control

  • Receive and log customer drawings from Sales until they are officially registered with DCC.
  • Update and maintain the External Documents Monitoring Record.
  • Control and isolate obsolete customer drawings not yet registered in DCC.
  • Register customer drawings to DCC once the Purchase Order (PO) is received.

3. Internal Drawings (New & Revised)

  • Prepare internal drawings based on job orders, customer drawings, samples, or revision notices.
  • Encode and update drawings in the AP System Drawing Logsheet.
  • Register completed internal drawings to DCC after QA and Production Head approval.
  • Attach internal drawings to JOs, release to Warehouse, and update verification status in the AP System upon approval by the Design Head.

4. Tooling (Cyrel, Diecut & Rubber)

  • Encode, update, and maintain Cyrel lists, Diecut Blade lists, rubber materials lists, and customer-owned tools/jigs masterlists.
  • Prepare identification tags for Cyrel, Diecut, jigs, and tools, and ensure proper attachment after QA approval.
