  • Design and implement health initiatives, vaccination drives, and wellness programs to promote employee well-being and reduce health-related absenteeism.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate medical referrals, manage company health benefits, and liaise with hospitals and clinics to provide employees with necessary medical support and treatment.
  • Educate employees on occupational health risks, emergency response procedures, and proper ergonomic practices to prevent workplace-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Support safety audits, hazard identification, and compliance inspections to uphold a safe and healthy work environment.
