Job Requirements (Possible List):

  1. Education & Experience

At least High School Graduate / Vocational Course / College Level or Graduate

Experience in e-commerce, customer service, or office work is an advantage

  1. Technical Skills

Proficient in using computers and mobile apps

Familiar with online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)

Knowledge in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Sheets)

Basic photo editing (for product uploads) is a plus

  1. Communication Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Filipino)

Comfortable in answering online queries and making customer calls

  1. Work Traits

Organized and detail-oriented

Can multitask and work efficiently with minimal supervision

Proactive and willing to learn new online tools/platforms

Honest, reliable, and with a positive work attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,300.00 per month
