About the Role: Waiter/Waitress Staff

As a key member of the Brotzeit Front of House team, you will be crucial in delivering our signature German hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable time.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Provide a warm German welcome, seat guests efficiently, and manage table turnover.
  • Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately, offering helpful suggestions and upselling specials (especially our range of German beers and platters).
  • Menu Expertise: Be knowledgeable about our extensive menu, including German dishes, ingredients, and beer offerings.
  • Efficient Delivery: Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
  • Teamwork: Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Payment Handling: Process checks and handle cash/card payments accurately.

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or Server, preferably in a full-service restaurant. Fresh grad also encourages to apply.
  • Attitude: Highly positive, professional, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Stamina: Ability to handle the demands of a busy restaurant environment, including standing for long periods and lifting trays.
  • Availability: Must be flexible to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, given our location at Alabang West Parade.
