  • Analyse stock reports to manage and minimize discrepancies, damages, and losses.

Team Management and Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative, safe, and productive work environment for the warehouse team.

Safety and Compliance

  • Ensure warehouse practices comply with local building code, and government regulations, especially regarding the handling and storage materials.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Lead training programs on equipment handling, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
  • Coordinate with Facility department for all warehouse facility for improvement.

Data Management

  • Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse productivity, and staff performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for process improvements and cost reductions.
