UKG Consultant

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced UKG Consultant with hands-on experience in UKG Ready to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing UKG Ready solutions to meet the workforce management needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of UKG Ready features and functionality, combined with strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Lead the implementation and configuration of UKG Ready modules including timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and payroll integration.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective UKG Ready solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and best practices to optimize workforce management processes using UKG Ready.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment and user adoption.
• Deliver training and support to end-users and client teams on UKG Ready functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, payroll, and IT to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Stay updated with the latest UKG Ready product updates, enhancements, and industry best practices.

• Proven experience working as a UKG Consultant, specifically with UKG Ready platform.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management processes including time and attendance, scheduling, and labor law compliance.
• Experience in system implementation, configuration, and testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to analyze complex business needs and provide innovative UKG Ready solutions.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and integration techniques is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
