Job and responsibilities:

  • Turnover of unit and keys
  • Buyer orientation
  • Coordination with PM/HOA
  • Checking, Uploading & Monitoring of turnover-related documents
  • Inspection of units
  • May access Salesforce for activity logs & smart sheets for reporting purposes
  • May handle site-related concerns

Qualification:

  • With bachelor's degree [Technical Course preferably]
  • Pleasing personality
  • Effective communication skills
  • Preferably with customer-facing/handing experience
  • Very good in time management
  • Problem solver
  • Willing to start as soon as possible
  • Must be willing to be part of an agency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
