Miller

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Miller is responsible for milling wheat from raw materials up to finished product and conduct mill monitoring activities which involves tempering/conditioning, milling, storing, finished product checking, packing and other activities related to milling operations in compliance with PFMC quality, food safety standards and regulatory requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Preferably with minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

· With background in engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Programming/Instrumentation) and other related science course (e.g. Chemical engineering/Chemistry, Food Science/Technologist)

· Knowledgeable of flour manufacturing equipment operation and maintenance preferred

· Ability to operate various types of machinery and heavy equipment preferred

· Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Programming/Instrumentation and Science Related Courses (e.g. Chemical engineering/Chemistry, Food Science/Technologist) or has a Diploma and/or Vocational Course related to the field of Engineering and Food Science
