A well-established and successful Wealth Management firm based in Switzerland is seeking a Technical Paraplanner to join its growing team in the Philippines. This role is based in our administrative and client servicing hub, where you will work closely with a highly experienced team of financial advisers based in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and maintenance of client relationships, ensuring high-quality service.

Assist in assessing client needs and providing technically accurate advice and solutions.

Work closely with financial consultants to validate advice, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Conduct research and prepare client suitability reports, financial reviews, and investment summaries.

Obtain and manage supporting documentation to facilitate financial planning recommendations.

Analyze portfolio performance data and prepare reports for client meetings and presentations.

Liaise with product providers and intermediaries to manage policy-related issues.

Attend client review calls with consultants to expand technical knowledge and expertise.

Ensure client records and files are updated and maintained to the highest standard.

Assist in mentoring and developing trainee paraplanners as part of a growing team.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a paraplanning role within an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning firm.

 Strong understanding of holistic financial planning, including investments, pensions, trusts, and tax strategies.

 Experience in preparing suitability reports and client communications across various financial products.

 High competency in research and provider systems, with a keen eye for detail.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to construct clear and concise reports.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software.

 Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team.

 Commitment to professional development, ideally with progress towards CII or equivalent qualifications.
