Responsibilities

  • Update inventory records in the system or manually, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of low stock or discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements (inbound and outbound).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/inventory area.
  • Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and quality standards in inventory handling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, or related course.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or storekeeping roles in manufacturing industry is advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems or ERP software.
