Cage Cashier

Primary Responsibilities:

1.     Regularly reports to the Cage Manager and/or Cage Supervisor / Team Leader any operational, customer, or employee problems and update of the department.

2.     To ensure that all Cages are operating at an exceptionally high standard.

3.     Perform financial transactions consistent with established policies, procedures, rules, regulations, internal measures, and guest service standards.

4.     Help identifying operational loopholes and raise operational recommendations to the Cage Manager or Cage Supervisor / Team Leader to further enhance operations.

5.     To work closely and coordinates with other departments in relation to transactions and guest needs.

6.     Ensure to maintain security and integrity while on shift.

7.     Performs hard count, soft count and bill count buys, and acceptance of cash.

8.     To assist in monitoring the performance of patron transactions such as casino chip exchange for currency, front money transaction, customer safekeeping, junket marker, settlement, promotional coupons, and providing information to guests.

9.     Ensuring excellent customer service is being practiced at all times.

10.  To build good working relationships and promote team spirit with all departments and team members.

11.  To ensure that all required health protocols, safety and security measures are being followed and implemented.

12.  Performs other duties from time to time as required and requested by immediate superior with regards to Cage, Count, Credit and Collection.

13.  Works as a change agent to improve and streamline department operations, through the continuous assessment of policies and procedures, work processes, and program effectiveness.

14.  Attend regular department meetings, briefing, training, and orientation.

15.  Adherence to company policies and procedures, rules and regulations, guidelines, and internal memoranda issued or to be issued by the company.
