Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Analyst under Research and Development Department located in Calamba, Laguna The Laboratory Analyst will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, calibrating and maintaining equipment, performing quality control checks, and ensuring the accuracy of results. Daily tasks will include preparing samples, analyzing data, documenting findings, and adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications

• Candidates must posses Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Pharmacy
• Must have at least 1 year of related work experience in a pharmaceutical company
• Receives, inspects, test and evaluate all raw materials and primary packaging materials intended for product development or technology transfer use.
• Performs physical and chemical testing of trial batches of new products and products for improvement.
• Performs physical and chemical testing of process validation batches of new and technology transfer products.
• Performs physical and chemical testing of products under stability studies.
• Keeps complete record of raw data and computation of all physical and analytical testing done.
• Prepares reagents and standard solutions for analysis and keeps record of all reagents prepared in logbook.
• Document deviations and participates in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.
