Job description:

· At least 5- 7 years and above of tax/accounting experience

· Job scope including but not limited to monthly audit, prepare monthly financial statement, reviewing cash flow etc.

· Gathering and organizing financial documents, including income statements, expenses records, and receipts.

· Conducting research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy.

· Supervise and review the work of accounting staff including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.

· Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

· Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, including timely filing of VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

· Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and classification.

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

· Reconcile bank accounts and ensure all reconciling items are resolved promptly.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.

· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred

· At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.

· Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR processes.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· High attention to detail and organizational skills.
