Site Development Officer for Bicol

Bicol, Philippines Leslie Corporation Full time ₱300,000 - ₱600,000 per year

Main Duties, Responsibilities and Performance Indicators

  • Conducts table mapping, site zoning and market boundary.
  • Coordinates and aligns MDP with respective SAM.
  • Recommends approval/disapproval of prospective sites to SSDA and SAM.
  • Assists the franchisee  to do initial and final negotiation to the prospective site
  • Conducts trade area survey and do recommendations
  • Assures the completeness of all necessary documents to support the processing of rental requests.
  • Prepares the final lease of contract following the standard template for site lessor signature
  • Do initial review of  contract of lease from the lessor and makes recommendation
  • Responsible in the correctness of all legal and other supporting documents attached on the Trade Area Survey and contract of lease
  • Prepares check request for rental deposit and advances
  • Prepares weekly reports and monthly accomplishments
  • Assist maintenance group during site ocular
  • Prepares contingency plan to support the franchisees that have stores that do not perform according to expectations.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business related course
  • With at least 2-3 years work experience as a Supervisor/Officer
  • With Real State and expansion work experience
  • No gender requirement
  • Resides near the area of assignment
