Salesman

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and identify their needs and preferences.
• Present, promote, and sell products using solid product knowledge and persuasive communication.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products, pricing, and promotions.
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, and availability.
• Process sales transactions and handle payments responsibly.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, properly labelled, and visually appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the sales area.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., inventory or logistics) for product availability.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or college level of any course.
• Experience in retail, hardware, or field sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and goal-driven.
• Honest, hardworking, and willing to work on weekends and holidays if required.
