About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our Owndays brand team in Baguio City Benguet. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our premium eyewear products. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative company with a strong focus on growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
  2. Assist customers in selecting the most suitable eyewear products based on their individual needs and preferences
  3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  4. Maintain a clean and well-organised store environment, adhering to company standards
  5. Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
  6. Participate in product training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings and industry trends

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or eyewear industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  4. Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to assist customers in selecting the right eyewear
  5. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset, willing to contribute to the overall success of the store
  6. Proficiency in English and the local language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
