  • Lead and supervise solar installation crews on-site;
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and worksite regulations;
  • Coordinate and assign daily tasks based on project plans;
  • Monitor work progress and maintain quality control;
  • Ensure proper use and inventory of tools and materials.
