OJT / Internship for BS Multimedia Art Students

Calling the attention of college students in BS Marketing, Multimedia Arts,  Business Advertising, Communication, or similar courses who are aiming to complete their internship (OJT) hours this semester We are a start-up local activewear brand looking for creative and driven interns to join our growing team.

Setup: HYBRID - Work From Home, but we'll meet 1–2 times a week for content shoots, events, planning, and meetings.

Location: Mandaluyong City (5mins away from MRT Ortigas)

Company Type: Local activewear brand primarily for women's apparel.

Minimum Requirement: At least 300 OJT hours remaining

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (schedule may change for events). Can do minimum 4 hours/day.

Start date: ASAP

Transportation Allowance is given for on-site duties.

Equipment: Applicants must have their own laptop and a reliable smartphone or camera for content creation.

General Qualifications:

Interested in sports, fitness, and related fields.

Proactive, self-starters, and require minimal supervision.

A collaborative team player.

Skills We're Looking For:

* A naturally creative person who can bring new ideas to the table

* Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

* Ability to meet deadlines

* AI content-making skills (a plus but not required)

* Knowledge of Meta Ads Management (a plus but not required)

* Knowledge of TikTok Ads Management (a plus but not required)

* Research and data analysis skills

* Awareness of current social media trends and algorithms
