About the role

Procurement Representative to join our team in Binan City, Laguna. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our procurement function, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, goods and services necessary for our manufacturing and logistics operations. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the procurement of raw materials, equipment, and other supplies to support production and operations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and facilitate the procurement process
• Conduct market research, evaluate supplier capabilities, and negotiate favorable contract terms
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and databases
• Monitor and report on procurement activities, identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
• Provide support for inventory management, including stock monitoring and replenishment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools, such as ERP systems
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with Philippine procurement regulations and guidelines
