Senior Solutions Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM solutions that align with business objectives, while providing technical leadership and ensuring best practices across the CRM landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
- Design scalable, secure end-to-end CRM solutions using Dynamics 365.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and integration strategies.
- Produce architecture documentation and guide implementation teams.
Implementation & Customization
- Lead configuration and customization of Dynamics 365.
- Oversee development of plugins, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
- Ensure seamless data migration and system integration.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors to deliver CRM solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct user workshops and training to drive CRM adoption.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
- Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and best practices.
- Support system audits, maintenance, and upgrades.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of CRM solution architecture experience with Dynamics 365.
- Proven delivery of end-to-end CRM projects.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, Azure, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- AZ-900 or related certifications are a plus.
