The Opportunity.

The Salesforce Architect will lead the end-to-end strategy and governance for our global Salesforce ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing scalable solutions that bridge Salesforce's core clouds with industry-specific Vlocity modules and external systems via MuleSoft, while overseeing custom application development in Flutter, , and AWS.

The Role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Cloud Strategy:
    Design and govern unified solutions across
    Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds
    to create a 360-degree customer view.
  • Industry Solutioning (Vlocity/OmniStudio):
    Architect and implement industry-specific workflows using
    Vlocity EPC (Electronic Product Catalog), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and OM (Order Management)
    modules.
  • Enterprise Integration:
    Lead the design of API-led, event-driven integration patterns using the
    MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
    to connect Salesforce with legacy ERPs and third-party systems.
  • Cross-Platform Innovation:
    Oversee the development of custom mobile interfaces using
    Flutter
    and scalable backend services with

  • Cloud & Web Ecosystem:
    Design secure, high-performance web experiences using
    Drupal
    integrated with Salesforce, leveraging
    AWS
    for compute and storage needs.
  • Governance & Compliance:
    Establish architectural guardrails, data models, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure platform stability and security compliance.

Required Qualifications (2026)

  • Experience:
    10–18 years in IT, with 8+ years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem.

Technical Stack:

  • Core:
    Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
  • Industries:
    Proven expertise in
    Vlocity (Salesforce Industries)
    modules.
  • Integration:
    Advanced knowledge of
    MuleSoft
    and API management.
  • Modern Dev:
    Hands-on experience with
    Flutter
    ,

    , and
    AWS
    .

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Application and/or System Architect.
  • Vlocity/OmniStudio certifications.
  • MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect.
