Key Responsibilities:
- Record and manage financial transactions (AP/AR, student billing, payroll support).
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor petty cash.
- Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Coordinate with other departments on finance-related matters.
- Help prepare for audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience; experience in an educational setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or school-specific systems).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
