Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree or any Automotive or vocational course
  • Must have at least two (2) years working experience in repairs and maintenance of Trucks
  • Knowledgeable in implementation of the Preventive Maintenance System (PMS)
  • Has adequate knowledge in method and techniques of motor pool or automotive garage operation
  • Knowledgeable on the materials and equipment used in repair and maintenance of trucks
  • Hands-on with mechanical and electrical aspects
  • Must possess supervisory skills
  • Must have experience with 6wheels and 10wheels units

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise documentation of vehicle dispatch procedures, maintenance repairs and inspections, and ensures staff is appropriately trained in these areas
  • Supervises, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff
  • Assures that routine maintenance and safety checks are performed
  • Oversees work activities and reviews work to ensure it is performed safely, on-time, and according to establish procedures, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Develops work schedule for mechanics and assistant mechanics
  • Prioritizes, assigns, and schedules job tasks, and adjusts schedules as necessary in response to staff absences
  • Conducts new employee orientation including mechanics training, safety and quality, as needed
  • Involve in inventory control of automotive, special equipment, and spare parts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
