It was renamed to reflect its global presence as a full-fledged subsidiary of the ContiTech Division of Continental AG.GBS Manila comprises five main work streams, structured to centralize, standardize, and leverage technology with IT support, including the Continental Business Systems & RPA Competence Center.

It provides end-to-end services such as customer service, order management, purchasing, invoicing, finance, data management, and HR services, all tailored to meet customer needs. Job DescriptionThe SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the SAP WM module. Coordinate and drive all rollout activities for SAP WM at a designated location.

Ensure efficient and compliant rollout at the site. Lead Kick-Off, Fit To Template, and System-Test sessions, addressing findings and missing features promptly.

Use JIRA to guide IT development, write User Stories to define business requirements. Coordinate data migration activities, validate migrated data in test and production systems. Create and execute the Cutover Plan pre-Go-Live and organize post-Go-Live activities.

Maintain communication between local Key Users, Power Users, and the Location Lead. Train local Key Users and develop training plans for end-users and power users. Coordinate rollout of CT tools (QDA, etc.) with relevant teams.

Substitute or represent the Rollout Lead when needed. Gain comprehensive process knowledge of the SAP module and other SAP modules. QualificationsDegree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent experience.

Extensive SAP environment experience, particularly in at least one SAP module within a multinational setting. Experience leading at least one global or regional SAP project. Business process knowledge, preferably with operational experience in roles like LKU, CKU.Cross-functional thinking ability.

Good SAP knowledge in SAP FI module. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong data analysis skills and ability to create transparency.

Problem-solving skills and capacity to handle high-visibility tasks. Experience managing and guiding multinational teams. Excellent communication skills across management levels and cultures.
