REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, preferably with license
  • With at least 2 years of experience in construction projects
  • Demonstrate abilities in estimates, preparing BOQ, and delivering QA/QC of site works
  • Proficient in AutoCAD operations and MS Office Applications
  • Can render overtime
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Will be based on site projects located near Nuvali and occasionally report to the office at Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City
  • Can work with minimal supervision

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects
  • Define the project scopes to facilitate goals and deliverables
  • Prepare structural drawings, analysis, and specifications
  • Manage budget and resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Provide direction and support to the project team
  • Uphold Quality Assurance
  • Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders
