TPM Technician

I. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs regular check-up on assigned machine and filled-up check sheets.
2. Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
3. Performs regularly scheduled preventative maintenance.
4. Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary.
5. Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance.
6. Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.
7. Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines.
8. Repairs broken machines quickly and efficiently.
9. Participates in preventative maintenance and total preventative maintenance activities as directed.
10. Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
11. Supports Safety, Health and Environment program of the company.
12. To implement and enforce employee to comply company's code of conduct and policies and all other tasks assigned by the superior related to the job objective as per job requirement.

II. Job Specifications/ Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess Vocational or Bachelor's Degree
2. Work Experience

a. With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience required for this role.

b. With at least 1-2 years experience in Plastic Molding / Injection Molding industry
