DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Study designs and appropriate technical skills/workmanship requirement according to client specifications.
· Identify potential risks in workmanship and recommend resolution prior to client approval/bulk production.
· Prepare sample references and discuss to sample sewer techniques, methods and requirements as stated in the technical package or internal order (IO) file.
· Monitor buyer's target of sending samples for approval; ensure quality of sewing on all operation.
· Train and develop sample sewers based on required skills profile necessary for the product line.
Coordinate with technical head/managers any difficult operation so that mock-up could be made to improve the standard minute value (SMV).
