Warehouse Incharge

Job Summary

The warehouse in-charge assists the supervisor in overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Assist in managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Assist in tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, and inventory levels.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing necessary documentation.
• Monitor employee compliance with operational standards, along with other department and company policies and practices
• Complete weekly inventory as needed.
• Keeping the work area clean. ( CLAYGO – CLEAN AS YOU GO )
• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Skills and Competencies

• Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
• Strong working knowledge of the warehouse operations and management.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate
