Sales Representative

We're seeking a qualified sales representative to help sell our AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) blocks and panel together with our PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Steel Structure System and services that our customers rely on.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential customers through field saturation, cold calling, referrals, or marketing leads.
• Connect with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings to understand their needs.
• Present and explain products or services, highlighting how they solve customer problems.
• Negotiate prices and terms, prepare sales agreements, and close deals to meet or exceed quotas.
• Maintain and build positive relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

• Knowledge in Construction Industry is a must
• At least with 1-year related experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field is preferred.
