Key Responsibilities

Host and conduct live selling sessions to promote and sell products.
Present, demonstrate, and explain product features, benefits, and prices in an engaging way.
Interact with viewers/customers in real-time by answering questions and addressing concerns during live sessions.
Encourage sales conversion by using persuasive communication and promotional strategies.
Monitor viewer engagement, comments, and orders during and after the live stream.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team to ensure accurate order taking, processing, and fulfillment.
Assist in creating marketing content and promotions for upcoming live sessions.
Maintain a positive image of the company by being professional, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and product performance.
Stay updated on social media trends, live selling techniques, and competitor activities.
