Jose C. Feliciano College Foundation is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and organized Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of the school clinic and promote the health and wellness of our students, faculty, and staff. The ideal candidate is a graduate of any 2-year or 4-year health-related course or an undergraduate currently pursuing a health-related degree, and is committed to providing quality care in an academic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing first aid and basic medical care to students and staff
  • Monitor and record vital signs and health concerns as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date and confidential student health records
  • Assist in medication administration and care coordination under supervision
  • Support school health initiatives, including medical check-ups and vaccination programs
  • Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and adequately stocked with medical supplies
  • Coordinate with parents/guardians regarding student health concerns when necessary
  • Provide clerical support, including documentation, reports, and responding to health-related inquiries
  • Assist during school events where medical support is needed
  • Comply with health and safety protocols set by the school and regulatory agencies

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or undergraduate of any 2-year or 4-year health-related course (e.g., Nursing, Health Science, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, etc.)
  • First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) training is an advantage
  • Experience in a school, clinic, or healthcare setting is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in basic healthcare procedures and infection control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including during school activities or emergencies

Pay: Php12, Php15,000.00 per month
