Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine elements
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing / plant environment (shift work possible)
• Initiative, learnability, and adaptability
• Preferably but not strictly required: relevant internship or project exposure

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, compressors, conveyors, etc.)
• Support process optimization and line efficiency improvement projects
• Perform root cause analysis and help implement repairs
• Monitor machine performance, record data, and propose improvements
• Participate in equipment installation / commissioning under supervision
• Assist in adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, electrical, utilities, quality)
• Be open to training, mentorship, and rotation across departments
