Job Description:
· Leasing and Tenant Relations: Negotiating leases with tenants, managing tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements.
· Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising mall staff, including security, maintenance, and customer service personnel.
· Financial Management: Overseeing the mall's budget, managing expenses, and analyzing financial performance.
· Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for mall visitors.
· Maintenance and Operations: Overseeing the maintenance of the mall's facilities, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and addressing any operational issues.
· Marketing and Events: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the mall, organizing events, and attracting customers.
· Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data, traffic patterns, and other key performance indicators to make informed decisions.
