Our client is a Seattle-based exterior systems contractor specializing in siding, windows, decking, and full building envelope projects.
They combine design awareness with precision craftsmanship to deliver high-quality, low-maintenance results and are known for professionalism, integrity, and technical excellence supported by efficient internal processes.

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator / Estimator to join their growing team.
This fully remote role is responsible for preparing accurate digital estimates, managing project documentation, and coordinating communication between sales, estimating, and production teams.

You will play a key role in converting project leads into clearly scoped, well-documented, and profitable jobs while keeping workflows organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed and accurate material and labor estimates using E-Takeoff

  • Review drawings and specifications to define project scope, materials, and potential risks

  • Create and manage proposals in coordination with the sales team

  • Maintain accurate project data in Smartsheet and CRM systems (MarketSharp preferred)

  • Coordinate smooth handoff between sales, estimating, and production teams

  • Track project status, verify materials, and update cost information

  • Support process improvements and documentation accuracy

  • Assist with general project coordination tasks as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in construction estimating and/or project coordination

  • Proven experience using E-Takeoff (required)

  • Strong understanding of exterior construction systems (siding, windows, decking, or building envelope)

  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, and CRM platforms

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Clear communication and accountability in a remote environment

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
