What You'll Do:

Be part of the fun and energetic Frankie's team As a Dining Team Member, you'll ensure every guest enjoys an awesome dining experience — from taking orders and serving food to keeping the dining area clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

  • Take guest orders, serve food and drinks, and process payments accurately.
  • Ensure all orders are complete and delivered on time.
  • Check on guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and comfort rooms.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate.
  • With or without experience (fast-food experience a plus).
  • Team player with strong guest service skills.
  • Fun, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Willing to be assigned at Frankie's SM Megamall branch.
