Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and Outbound Collection calling and payment processing
  • Coordinate with Internal/external clients to resolve accounts
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Credit application and offsets
  • Edit/ Hold and/or Release Orders (if needed)
  • Draft email correspondence to customers

Education and Experience Required:

  • 1 year or more of relevant experience
  • Skip tracing experience is preferred but optional.
  • Exposure to SAP systems is an advantage
