Business Development Manager
Location: Ayala Ave., Makati City

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and execute strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding market presence in the BPO sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the outsourcing industry, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify new business opportunities in target markets and verticals (e.g., customer support, technical support, back-office services, etc.)

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, events, partnerships, and digital platforms.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Understand client needs and offer tailored BPO solutions that add value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the sales cycle.
  • Market Intelligence:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client behavior.

  • Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with operations, finance, and HR to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition for new clients.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales within the BPO or outsourcing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of BPO services and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
