Position Overview:

Responsible for providing excellent customer service to healthcare clients, patients, and providers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and clear information regarding healthcare services, insurance coverage, billing, and appointment scheduling.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues related to healthcare services, billing discrepancies, and insurance claims in a timely and effective manner.
• Accurately enter and update patient information in the healthcare management system.
• Communicate any updates or changes in healthcare policies, procedures, or insurance plans to customers.
