Pilates Instructor

We are opening a modern Pilates studio in Butuan City and are looking for a Certified Pilates Instructor to join our team.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead mat and reformer-based Pilates sessions (private, semi-private, and group).
• Develop safe and effective workout programs tailored to clients of different fitness levels.
• Educate clients on posture, breathing, and alignment.
• Ensure studio equipment is properly used and maintained.
• Deliver a supportive and motivating environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Pilates Instructor (STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, Romana's, or equivalent).
• Must have experience teaching with reformers and Pilates apparatus.
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred (but skilled newly certified instructors are welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Butuan City.
