Procurement Staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier information, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to assess compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers, including quality concerns, delivery delays, or pricing discrepancies.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement to enhance the company's procurement capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• Experience in supplier research, price negotiation, and procurement of goods and materials.
• Must have a strong understanding of purchasing processes, vendor management, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with company standards and cost-efficiency.
• Willing to be assigned in Iligan City.
• Can start ASAP.
