Company Nurse

Educational Background

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Valid Nursing License in the Philippines

Preferred but not required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing

Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a corporate or occupational health setting
• Background in emergency care and first aid

• Ability to remain calm and efficient during emergencies
• Knowledgeable in health and safety regulations
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities

• Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to employees in need
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as necessary
• Conduct routine health check-ups, medical assessments, and wellness screenings
• Assist the company physician during consultations and patient management
• Maintain accurate, updated, and confidential employee medical records
• Document all treatments, consultations, and medical incidents properly
• Ensure compliance with local health laws, occupational safety standards, and company policies
• Manage medical supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring readiness at all times
• Prepare and submit health reports and related documentation to management
• Support and participate in health awareness, wellness programs, and administrative health-related tasks
