We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer - Voice Support to join our team in Ortigas location. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hardware and networking, along with specific expertise in telephony protocols. This role involves providing technical support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for telephony systems, including VoIP, SIP, and H.323 protocols.
  • Design, implement, test, and support the daily operations of our VOIP system.
  • Troubleshooting VoIP network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to call center technology and Cloud PBX. MSE, CCNA, Hardware & Networking any certification or trained.
  • Manage and maintain Avaya, Cisco, Alcatel, Genesis and Cloud VoIP servers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform hands-on tasks involving AD, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configurations.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Handle asset management and ticketing within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Conduct hardware troubleshooting and repair as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of call center technology and telecommunications systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols

·       VoIP certification is an added advantage.

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in voice support or a similar role.
  • Able to work with changing work priorities and deadlines
