Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field, with a valid Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong ability to create timely reports and manage employee medical records efficiently.
  • Additional certifications such as Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH), Basic Life Support (BLS), and First Aid are preferred but not mandatory

Major Deliverables:

  • Accountability in maintaining the healthy status of the employees.
  • Accountability to provide preventive care for employees with regards to their health issues.
  • Accountability to educate employees with healthcare knowledge.
  • Accuracy and Timeliness of Reports Required
  • Compliance to company Vision, Mission & Core Values.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides basic healthcare for the employees.
  • Gathers and records medical history and symptoms for all employees.
  • Performs diagnostic tests.
  • Administers prescribed medication and treatment.
  • First aid treatment
  • Medicine dispensing
  • Operate basic medical equipment.
  • Raises healthcare awareness.
  • Advocates health and wellbeing of employees
  • Educates employees about management of illnesses.
  • Provides support and advice to employees regarding health
  • Establishes, monitors, and reports employee health issues as provided by our partner HMO.
  • Spearhead annual physical examination for employees.
  • Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
