We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Manager to lead enterprise-wide testing initiatives across large-scale programs and production environments. This role requires deep expertise in testing governance, regulatory compliance, and Trust & Investment systems, along with proven leadership in managing complex, cross-functional and hybrid teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution for projects, programs, and AMS/production environments
  • Establish and enforce enterprise QA governance, compliance, and audit standards
  • Manage hybrid testing teams (internal and vendor/external), including capacity, demand, and performance management
  • Oversee functional and non-functional testing, including automation, performance, and large-scale regression testing
  • Drive testing for complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Manage testing risks, issues, and mitigation plans; proactively address quality impacts
  • Provide clear test status, metrics, and executive-level reporting to business, IT, and vendor stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive regression test suite aligned to core Trust & Investment workflows
  • Mentor, coach, and develop Test Leads and team members
  • Develop and maintain user manuals and SOPs based on approved test scenarios and business process flows

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of overall testing experience, with significant experience in a Test Manager or senior testing leadership role
  • Familiarity and understanding of Trust and Investment Products, including regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to testing; preferably with knowledge of client and account management, portfolio management, fund management, related to accounting and reconciliation
  • Experience in managing hybrid teams (internal and vendor/external resources) and leading independent Testing Teams for projects and/or AMS/Production Support
  • Experience in Project Management, Risk and Issue Management and Mitigation, as well as Resource Management (Capacity and Demand Management)
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery models
  • Experience in functional and non-functional testing
  • Strong communication skills for liaising and reporting Test Status and Metrics with business units, internal IT and vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php130, Php170,000.00 per month
