JOB DESCRIPTION

The CCTV Operator is responsible for overseeing the CCTV command center and ensuring continuous monitoring of QCRB branches and offices to maintain the safety and security of all personnel and assets. The key functions of the role include identifying suspicious activities and incidents and promptly reporting these to the appropriate officers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manning the CCTV command center and ensuring all surveillance equipment is functioning correctly.

· Monitoring live feeds from security cameras to detect any suspicious activities in and around QCRB branches and offices.

· Identifying and assessing potential security threats or incidents in real-time.

· Reporting all suspicious or untoward incidents to the appropriate officer or department for immediate action.

· Maintaining logs of activities observed and incidents reported for future reference and investigation.

· Coordinating with security personnel and law enforcement as required during security breaches or emergencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security role.

· Familiarity with operating CCTV and other surveillance equipment.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay alert during long periods of monitoring.

· Good communication skills to effectively report incidents and collaborate with security teams.

· Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations efficiently.

· Has Security Surveillance Training /CCTV training course is an advantage

REQUIREMENTS

  • College graduate

  • Related work experience an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
