• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to more junior members of the team

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience as an IT Programmer, with a strong background in developing and maintaining complex software applications
• Proficient in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, C++ or C#
• Hands-on experience with modern software development frameworks and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to writing clean, well-structured code
