Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner cooperatives, microfinance institutions, and lending organizations.
- Conduct market visits, area development, and client acquisition to achieve sales targets.
- Identify business opportunities and propose strategies to increase product penetration.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on market performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Must have experience in microfinance, cooperative, or lending industry.
- With good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have own motorcycle and valid driver's license.
- Willing to do fieldwork.
