QA Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing quality assurance protocols to monitor the production process
• Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
• Identifying and addressing any quality issues or non-conformities in a timely manner
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
• Monitoring of regulatory and statutory requirement
• Continuously analyzing and improving quality control measures to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in quality assurance, food technology, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in the same field and level of expertise; exposure in food safety audit functions
• In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques
• Proficient in interpreting and applying industry standards and regulations
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards
• Experience in implementing quality standards (ISO).
• Amenable to work on a 6-Day work week shifting schedule.
